We bring important and good news!
As You probably know, couple years ago we applied for organising EWS in Bielsko-Biała. It was close in 2019, yet not only due to Covid situation but also structural changes in EWS itself, it did not happen. However, at the beginning of this year, we received an offer that exceeded our expectations: to become a new venue and a host of the whole UCI gravity section, i.e. EDR, E-EDR and Downhill World Cup! Despite enormous organizational challenges, we had to take that chance, as it was a once-in-a-liftime opportunity not only for us and the City but also for the whole gravity scene in Poland! Thanks to our patners (the City of BB, Murapol, Cavatina) we are convinced that we’re able to beare it, so the official news is:
May 17-19, 2024, UCI MTB World Cup in Enduro, E-Enduro and Downhill will be hosted in Bielsko-Biala and broadcasted by Warner Bros Discovery group! It will be the first ever UCI MTB World Cup in Poland!
[The venue of the Enduro and E-Enduro World Cup will be Bielsko-Biala (Enduro Trails, trailcenter Błonia), whilst the venue for the Downhill World Cup will be Szczyrk (Szczyrk Mountain Resort).]
